From arrival i recieved nothing but kindness and excellect care by everyone from a and e to xray to ambulatory care unit

The care was excellence the only let down was the thought ilets in the waiting areas if a and e and the second waiting area through the doors

I was called through almost immediately. All procedures were explained to me by the anaesthetist and my consultant. The nurses and healthcare assistants were friendly, calming and helpful despite them being very busy. What potentially could have been a very anxious day for me wasn’t at all which was due to the care I received. Thank you so much.

I waited in the minor injuries with my daughter had me waiting while they was sat laughing having a conversation about there night out and earrings they was going to wear I then went up and ask if I needed to leg them no I was waiting she said no just go and wait and carried on with there conversation this is very unprofessional my daughters sat in pain and too busy talking and laughing
